The ICE PhD Application Form is now available on-line.

Applicants have to register here. After successfully registering, login and start your application following the link in the block "Application form" in upper-left side of the page.

Please read carefully the call for application and in particular Article 2 and Article 3 concerning conditions and requirements for application to EMJD ICE PhD.

The Application Form has to be to filled in all sections.

Please write in indicated boxes and provide all the requested documents.

Application forms not properly filled or missing one or more file in attachment will not be considered for evaluation by ICE Consortium.

A Master-level academic degree, whose duration is at least 5 years, must have been completed at the expiry time of this call for application.

Non-native English speaker candidates not entitled with a recognized international English test Certificate (IELTS min: 6.5; TOEFL min: 220 CBT, 550 PBT, 80 iBT; TOEIC min: 780) will be directly excluded.

All attached files must be either in pdf or jpeg format.

ICE Consortium rejects any responsibility in case of submission of applications attaching files with different formats.

Several additional places not granted by EACEA but by national funds will be available with the same rights and benefits of EACEA granted ones even if fee waiver will not be applied (the consortium is considering special provisions as external sponsorships). Such places will be available within end of July 2010. The deadline for applicants is 25 September 2010

Applicants who will express their intention of participating also or only to additional granted places selection will be informed via e-mail of the result of their application twice.

Firstly, after assignment of EACEA granted places and secondly after assignment of additional granted places.

After the successful completion of the application procedure, applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail, in which there is a link for confirming definitively the application form. In case the applicant will not receive any communication concerning the receipt of the application within 7 days he/she is asked to contact ICE coordinating team at icephd@dibe.unige.it.
